Our high intensity, low impact total body workouts are effective and FUN, with minimal joint impact. Decrease body fat, improve endurance, strength, and cardiovascular health with less risk of injury.

Empowered Cycling

Our high energy indoor cycling classes are designed for all fitness levels, and feature professional lighting and high energy music. A great way to get and stay in shape, our average rider can burn up to 500+ calories per class!

Empowered Strength

Improve strength, and increase lean muscle mass! Low impact workouts include alternating timed work/rest intervals in a circuit training format, with a variety of equipment such as TRX, BOSU, Mini-Bands, sliders, weights, and resistance bands.

EMPOWERED CYCLE / STRENGTH

Get the best of both worlds!  This 50-minute class combines 1/2 Empowered Cycling first, then it is 1/2 Empowered Signature Strength or Barre. A great way to add variety to your workout regime.

EMPOWERED Barre

Improve balance, flexibility and posture while improving core strength and build long lean muscles. This complete total body workout is a fusion of ballet barre movements with elements of yoga, Pilates, and strength training. A barre for all bodies: classes include modifications for any fitness level.

EMPOWERED ZUMBA

ZUMBA® is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with high intensity dance moves. ZUMBA routines provide a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility- into an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party!
