Yes, we offer new clients a one-week unlimited special to try all the different class types we offer! Click here to purchase.

Our convenient online reservation system makes it easy to sign up and reserve a spot in class up to 14-days in advance! No more waiting in lines, and no need to call to book. Simply click here to reserve a spot today! Classes must be reserved >30 minutes in advance of the start of class.

Though walk-ins are welcome, it is helpful for us to know in advance who will be attending our classes so that we can properly prepare.  To schedule a class, click here.

Members must be 14 or older for all classes and for cycling classes, at least 4’10″ tall. Our bikes have a max user weight of 350 lbs.

Parental consent is required for anyone under 18 years of age.

Bring a positive attitude! Hydration is key so don’t forget to bring a water bottle. Touch-less water coolers are available to refill your water bottle. If you do forget to bring water, we do sell bottled water in our studio. 

Regardless of whether you’re taking a strength or cycling class, we recommend wearing moisture-wicking, comfortable clothes to keep cool and dry throughout. 

Strength Classes:

We provide free weights and all equipment, including exercise mats.

Cycling Classes:

If you’re new to indoor cycling, you may experience some discomfort with the seat. Bringing a gel seat or wearing padded bike shorts will help. Stiff-soled sneakers may be worn during class. However, for greater benefit, we recommend wearing cycling shoes. Our state of art Stages™ bikes accommodate SPD pedals. We also sell amazingly comfortable women’s TIEM Athletic cycling shoes in our studio and via our online store.

We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled class. If you are new to Empowered, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the class start time. 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • For those ENROLLED in class: 8-hour notice of cancellation is required for all in-studio, instructor-led classes to avoid a forfeit of class (or $15 charge for those on an Unlimited or All-Access plan).
  • For those on a class WAIT-LIST: Be prepared to be entered into class up to 30 minutes prior to class start. If you need a longer window of notification, please remove yourself from the wait-list once that point has been reached so another participant can get into class.
  • Once a WAIT-LISTED person becomes ENROLLED: the 8 hour cancellation rules apply. No exceptions. 

Yes, we provide towels to use during class.

We will try our best not to cancel classes or close the studio. However, for the safety of our clients and staff, we recognize that we may need to close due to inclement weather. Starting the night before, please check the website schedule, for a most up-to-date schedule. If you are already registered for a class, you will receive an email notification if the class has been cancelled. You will not be charged a class if there is a studio cancellation.
