Our high energy indoor cycling classes are designed for all fitness levels, with energetic music, certified instructors and professional lighting. We feature award-winning Stages SC3 Series Studio Bikes, with real time monitoring to gauge individual performance throughout class. A great way to get and stay in shape, you’re likely to burn up to 500+ calories per class.
Classes are 50-minutes long unless noted. All are motivating, performance-based rides and focus on metrics so you’ll improve endurance, enhance aerobic conditioning, and build lean muscle mass. You will receive a post-workout email summary, and can also view results on your personal online account.

Our classic performance based Signature Cycling, focuses on metrics to keep you motivated to get results! Focus on building Watts (Power) and Revolutions Per Minute (RPM) to burn mega calories, while improving endurance and aerobic conditioning. You’ll leave class truly Empowered!
Stamina Cycling, is dedicated to riding at a steady state. Don’t let this description fool you, this class is a heck of a calorie burn! It’s great for building strength and endurance. Stamina Cycling will make you a faster and more powerful!
Begin in our cycling studio with 30 minutes on the bike. Then, head upstairs for 20 minutes of work in our strength studio. Always different, this is a fun Combo and an effective way to get your cardio in, plus upper-body strength training.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Cycling is repeated intervals of energy bursts followed by short, active, recovery periods. This ride will keep your heart rate up, burning MORE fat in less time.
Empowered Theme Cycling classes combine a goal with an awesome playlist. 80s, 90s, 2000s, Rock & Roll, we feature it all! Time will fly in these classes as you work hard and have some extra fun while naming that tune, playing trivia, or other fun games.
During this cycling class, you will be challenged to Beat Your Best total Energy. Energy is equal to effort over time (output). This is a mental and physically challenging class but we know you can do it!
All Empowered Strength classes are held in our Strength studio, located directly above our Cycling studio. Empowered Strength classes will leave you feeling stronger, more agile and balanced. Empowered Strength classes target the entire body with a variety of exercises safe for everyone.
Using body weight or a variety of equipment such as exercise balls, TRX, BOSU, sliders, weights, Pilates rings, resistance bands and more, Empowered Strength classes will improve stamina, balance, flexibility and posture. All classes at Empowered are designed for all fitness levels and are low-impact in nature with a goal to help build the body, not break it. You’re going to love taking them all!

A full-body challenge using a variety of resistance bands and balls to improve endurance and build strength. Ball & Bands helps you induce muscular contraction to sculpt arms, legs, butt, and core muscles.
Circuit Training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to high-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. You’ll love the variety!

In Barbell Burn, you’ll use an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight. You’ll squat, lunge, press, and curl with functional integrated exercise in between. All of this will help improve muscular strength & conditioning
