Combo Cycle & Arms

Our innovative Combo Cycle & Arms classes offer the perfect fusion of indoor cycling and upper-body strength training for those seeking a cardio and strength workout. This class begins with 30 minutes of our signature high-energy cycling, followed by 15 minutes of targeted arms training. Strength Classes

TRX

Our TRX (Total Resistance Exercise) classes consist of functional training that uses bodyweight and gravity to build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability, all at once. Using adjustable straps anchored to a ceiling, TRX workouts allow you to modify the intensity of each move by simply changing your body position, making it accessible for all fitness levels.
