Bring a positive attitude! Hydration is key so don’t forget to bring a water bottle. Touch-less water coolers are available to refill your water bottle. If you do forget to bring a bottle, we do sell bottled water in our studio. We recommend brining your own exercise mat and towel to use during class. However, should you forget, we do have towels available to borrow at no additional cost.
Regardless of whether you’re taking a strength or cycling class, we recommend wearing moisture-wicking, comfortable clothes to keep cool and dry throughout.
We provide free weights and equipment. However, we do encourage you to bring your own Bender ball and bands. For all strength classes, please bring an exercise mat. We also sell equipment that you can purchase when you arrive at the studio.
If you’re new to indoor cycling, you may experience some discomfort with the seat. Bringing a gel seat or wearing padded bike shorts will help. Stiff-soled sneakers may be worn during class. However, for greater benefit, we recommend wearing cycling shoes. Our state of art Stages™ bikes accommodate SPD pedals. We also sell amazingly comfortable women’s TIEM Athletic cycling shoes in our studio and via our online store.
We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled class. If you are new to the studio please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the class start time.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
We will try our best not to cancel classes or close the studio. However, for the safety of our clients and staff, we recognize that we may need to close due to inclement weather. Starting the night before, please check the website schedule, for a most up-to-date schedule. If you are already registered for a class, you will receive an email notification if the class has been cancelled. You will not be charged a class if there is a studio cancellation.
