Our high energy indoor cycling classes are designed for all fitness levels, with energetic music, certified instructors and professional lighting. We feature award-winning Stages SC3 Series Studio Bikes, with real time monitoring to gauge individual performance throughout class. A great way to get and stay in shape, our average rider can burn up to 500+ calories per class.

Classes are 50 minute motivating performance based rides that focus on metrics (Revolutions Per Minute (RPM), speed and power output) to improve endurance, aerobic conditioning, and lean muscle mass. Participants receive a post-workout email summary, and can also view results on personal online accounts, so tracking  progress is easy.

Safe and fun, you will leave class inspired, pumped-up and Empowered!

Cycle Class Descriptions

Empowered Ride

Our classic performance based EMPOWERED RIDE, focuses on metrics to keep you motivated to get results. Monitor and manipulate Watts (Power) and Revolutions Per Minute (RPM) to burn mega calories while improving endurance and aerobic conditioning. You’ll leave class truly EMPOWERED!


HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) RIDE involves repeated intervals of energy bursts followed by short, active, recovery periods, to get and keep your heart rate up, burning MORE fat in less time.

Stamina Ride

Stamina Ride, is a 50 min. tempo class dedicated to riding 70-90% of your personal threshold power (PTP). Great for building strength and endurance, Stamina Ride will make you a faster and more powerful rider.

Beat Your Best

Beat Your Best is a 50 min. highly-competitive, stats-based ride, utilizing a series of drills. Challenge yourself for a personal record or compete with the riders around you, as you climb to the top of the digital leader board!

Intro Ride

New to cycling and a little hesitant? Try one of our monthly scheduled FREE Intro Rides. Bike setup and basic technology, followed by a ½ hour class. Meet some of our awesome staff and make new rider friends too! Check our calendar for the next Intro Ride.

Theme Ride

Empowered theme rides combine a goal with an awesome playlist. May include: Cyclocross, Tour de France, movie soundtracks, sporting events etc. Work hard and have extra fun in the process!

Signature strength classes


All Empowered Strength classes are held in our Strength studio, located directly above our Cycling studio. Empowered Strength classes will leave you feeling stronger, more agile and balanced. Whether Barre, Band Camp, Circuit Training and more, Empowered Strength classes target the entire body with a variety of exercises safe for everyone. Using body weight or a variety of equipment such as exercise balls, TRX, BOSU, sliders, weights, Pilates rings, or resistance bands, Empowered Strength classes will improve strength, balance, flexibility and posture. All classes at Empowered are designed for all fitness levels and are low-impact  in nature with a goal to help build the body, not break it.

Signature Strength Class Descriptions

Empowered Core

Using a variety of props, this class includes a mix of isolation exercises designed to strengthen, sculpt, and stabilize muscles in the abs, back, and butt. 

Empowered HIIT Strength

LIT (Low Impact Technique) meets HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) during this challenging timed circuit workout geared at improving muscular strength.

Empowered Band Camp

A full-body challenge using a variety of resistance bands to improve endurance and build strength. Induce muscular contraction to sculpt arms, legs, glutes and core muscles.

Strength & Cycle

Get the best of both worlds with a 50-minute combination classes:  Cycle & Band Camp, Cycle & Core, Cycle & Strength

About Empowered

Barre Classes

Improve balance, flexibility and posture while improving core strength and build long lean muscles in this 50 minute class. No dance experience required for this complete total body workout which fuses ballet barre movements, pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training into a fun ‘barre for all bodies’. Classes include modifications for any fitness level.

Empowered Barre Fusion
A fusion of barre, core, and light weights to a steady mix of music. Build endurance while strengthening and toning the upper and lower-body. No prior dance experience needed.

Empowered Barre
Barre choreographed to music combining elements of traditional ballet, yoga, Pilates and body weight to keep you energized and inspired throughout. No prior dance experience needed.
