Alana’s biggest passions in life are her family and living a healthy lifestyle while balancing nutrition and physical fitness. Whether it’s a group class or raking in the yard, she realized that working in physical activity every day makes her a better mother to her four kids!
Alana has been a group fitness instructor since 2006. She loves teaching a variety of modalities such as interval, boot camp, weight training and barre, to name a few. In 2009 she expanded her teaching modalities and earned her Spinning®, Certification through Mad Dogg Athletics. Alana loves the comradery and energy created in a group setting and finds it key to motivating everyone in the room! She’s super psyched to be teaching at Empowered!
